I didn’t think I will get to the point in hating someone at work, but here I am, 2 and a half years later and I hate this guy

#on the bright side we don’t work at the same site #he works from India #but I have had to work with him in multiple occasions and oh my god #he turns thing in late or really close to the deadline #and usually there’s another issue that he needs to fix bc I can’t (the system won’t let me)#then I have to wake up extra early to hopefully catch him while he is still online #but he never is when I need him even though these things are urgent bc he makes them urgent #i have no idea if his team is new or very very small or what is going on #but the fact is that there have been multiple delays with his/their work #and it’s pissing me off #I already talk to my boss about it #and another tema member also raised this to our boss and clearly stated that is not an isolated event #there have been about 5 reports where the same thing happens #i am sleepy #I logged on around 5:30am when I usually connect at 8 am (when I work from home)#so I hope to have this resolved soon so I can take a nap #mariana.txt

#second session with this therapist and one of her hypothesis so far is autism #the other one is social anxiety #tbh I don’t care which one is it but it’s great to have a diagnostic like a name for me to understand what it is #and then we start with the treatment and what I can do to feel less overwhelmed and understand myself better #I did cry today #I’m ok with that #I haven’t cried in a while so it was nice #will it be autism?#we don’t know yet #will I tell my parents?#maybe #I think I might and see if they remember if someone in my life (a therapist or teacher) had a similar idea #mariana.txt
