Voicemails for Isabelle was good and significantly better/more unique/grounded than most Netflix originals have felt lately. But there was something strange about the dialogue where it would feel very real and natural and humanly idiosyncratic and then just be jarringly choppy. Like the editing or writing missed a stair.

i do think that Voicemails for Isabelle writes the way many sisters do talk to each other

How to Make a Killing was so good in the same way that a thought provoking book is. Dark but really good.
