I’ve spent the last few days tossing and turning in sweaty discomfort, honestly it has bee unbearable. The London heat is seriously toasty, soo damn hot that I have to summon super human strength to get some decent sleep. It’s been 7 days and I still haven’t had a good night of rest. The one thing that has been constant though is a big jar full of water that I keep beside my bed for hydration and for impromptu cold water showers.
