In effetti quando la dipingevo, ho avuto l'impressione di voler "recuperare" anche me stessa dall'incubo della #quarantena. Anche questo personaggio, infatti, è reduce dal #lockdown e, come tutti gli altri, ha una sua storia che man mano scrivo per loro. Anche se devo ammettere che quest'opera è stata la più difficile da interpretare. Credo che raccoglierò presto i personaggi in un piccolo catalogo in cui confluiranno anche queste storie. With most flights in the U.K and Europe still grounded, borders closed and most trips to holiday destinations in and outside the Eu still cancelled. Yesterday was my first time in town after 7weeks of personal lockdown. The message is gradually sinking in. Even the congested places I saw were actually a 10th of their regular traffic. I got home more optimistic than I’d been just staying home and following the news. Well done to the government, activist groups, the media and all those who’ve contributed immensely to public education. We still have a long way to go, but yesterday, I noticed we’ve come much further than I thought. Well done. We shall overcome.
