One of my favorite people saw this and sent it to me. Ive been blessed to chat/message with some guys who are brand new to gaining. I can’t stress how important it is to connect with others who have some vested I interest in the whole realm of gaining. Dont focus on just those few who are the Rock Stars of our community. Don’t worry about how many follow them, what faction they relate to. Just cause your a gainer you only focus on other gainers. Some of the most important people that could best impact you as a gainer, may only follow 5 people and have 2 followers. Don’t even look at those stats on their profile, those numbers have no effect on your waistline. If the only follow a small few, that shows they’re selective in who they want to invest their time in. You can burn yourself put playing the numbers game. You could be looking at the person who can turn you into the one next wave of gainer rock-stars.

if i say excuse me loud enough for everyone to hear me i’m not going to apologize when my hips and arms bump into people

To those who give into the temptation, and bravely work to make themselves bigger:

You’re not alone.

There are people who want to feed you, to encourage you. People who long to grab a handful of the softest underbelly; people who would gently trace every last one of your stretchmarks with their finger; people who would melt at being able to sink their hand into the thick roll underneath your arm. They wish they could casually pat your belly when you walk into the room wearing a t-shirt that leaves that little bit of overhang uncovered, and let a hand linger on the biggest symbol of your brazen obesity for just a little too long. They want to try to wrap their arms around the broadest part of your middle from behind, and delight that their hands are farther from meeting in the front than they used to be. They marvel at how fat you’ve already made yourself, and dream of being there to help you get bigger.

They may not be in the same room with you. But they’re out there, offering support in the form of a message or a liked photo or a reblog. And they want you to know that you’re doing an incredible job. The extra weight looks amazing on you.
