Don't settle for an endocrinologist that puts you on 1 mg estradiol daily + 200mg spiro bullshit. insist to see your blood results, fight for an adequate dosage. bring research references to back yourself up if you have to. if you cant access an endo, you can look into DIY. Estrogen is reasonably acquirable through vendors in countries that allow them to sell it over-the-counter. DIYing injectable estrogen is not all that expensive and there are also a non-zero number of transfems here that are/have been willing to share their surplus with others.
