Thank you! Are you asking whats my secret?🤔 In my case gainer shakes were very helpfull especially at the beginning. I was so into gaining that i were chugging down one 500ml box of heavy cream each day with mass powder and all at some point. I'd recommend gainer shakes to anyone that straggules with growing

How's the view?

I dont think Ive gained anything tbh I'm still around 130kgs and my weight like goes around that number 😅 sometimes i weight more than that sometimes less so overall not much has changed and thank you for the compliment! Youre sweet. The reason Im not posting these days is that ive got sunburned pretty bad and my skin is not in the best condition with annoys me because im basicly like shedding my skin like some reptile lmao 😭

Yup, about 10 kilograms. I were enjoying myself and not really eating for gaining but for pleasure
