Wow those moves look like someone who’s childhood best friend was an airbender

Literally the exact same move Aang pulls when he gets off his glider (cant find a gif but like… I promise)

This shows attention to detail was unreal.

Even the fall backwards! That looks like the exact kind of thing a fun loving Airbender kid would do while showing off gliders and airbending proficiency.

the best benders in this show tend to be the ones who adapt elements of other bending techniques. Bumi has some airbender-y movements, Zuko and Iroh use some Air and Water movements, even Katara tends to use some earthbender looking moves when bending ice

Meanwhile Toph just took earthbending and cranked it all the way up to 11.

I think seeing people in their 20´s and 30´s as “old” is pretty unhealthy tbh.

This post was hijacked but my point remains, you don’t turn old the instant you stop being a teenager. Let people enjoy being young adults, stop making teenagers anxious that their life ends the minute they hit twenty, or adults feel like they can’t have fun anymore.

one of my fav things about spider-verse was that we’re used to with like peter and gwen and the like when they get their powers they use them for personal gain at first before something bad happens that makes them learn the whole responsibility selflessness lessons and then they actively choose the hero route but in this miles was just immediately like ‘oh fuck I’m a superhero now oh fuck oh fuck oh shit I’m a superhero what do I do’ like he literally never even had a moment where he contemplated another path. he was worried he was gonna be terrible at it but he immediately accepted he had to save people with no prompting it was so cute

He’s also like one of the only gods who is faithful to his wife. And he listens to her like when she asks for a soul to be released and he’s like “But honey, the rules.” And she just gives him that look and he goes “Yes dear,” and lets the soul go with the easiest freaking instructions ever in a myth. And the human still fucks it up. Not his fault Persephone, not Hades’ fault this time. Essentially, Hades is sorta like the accountant suburban dad who collects really specific figurines and gets really grumpy when people mess up his lawn. Do you know how hard his wife worked on those roses? He is calling his attorney. Oh wait, he is also an attorney.
