I’m making marinara sauce again, time to insult Italy through cooking
Okay so update: I remembered that I have a bit of duck fat in my fridge leftover from an important meal so the onions are being caramelized in duck fat which feels fancier than what I should be doing
I also purchased a can opener because the last time I bought tomato paste I opened the can with a kitchen knife and spite

Forgot to post this but here’s the finished product, I have two jars of marinara put away and the pizza has half mozzarella half Swiss, I ate the whole pizza so I’d say that’s a good enough review
Maybe the true 2026 Tumblr Sexy Man was the marinara sauce we made along the way
There’s definitely someone who clicked my account, thought it was a cooking blog and got really confused about where the contest is being held and this reminded me of that
