She would have had an outfit change before watching the game with them, too since she was wearing jeans and a blue jacket earlier but filmed in black on black.

Hi darling. It’s not stupid at all. It’s a bit of a newer term in this fandom, actually. It seemed to take hold with a new wave of fans during Covid.

Prior to Harry’s PR relationship with Olivia, all of his girlfriends had been referred to as “beards,” because, essentially, that’s all they were. They were there to make him look straight.

So, when we talked about whatever he was doing with them, we’d usually just say he did a pap walk, or his beard was there again, or whatever.

For some reason, more and more people began to refer to the things he was having to do with Olivia as “stunts.” In English it does have the meaning of a stuntman/woman or an acrobatic feat. But it also means something done to attract attention or publicity. As in “PR stunt.”

With holivia, what he was doing with that relationship was so much more of a stunt — a bid for attention — than it was just simple bearding. Showing up at the wedding together, driving around in the clown car in Santa Barbara, taking her to Civita, etc etc.

With every woman from Olivia on, the girlfriends (oh my god my phone just changed that to “grifters” 😅) were PR relationships. Not just beards. And the endless zombie walks and meals together were seen as “stunts.”

It’s mostly just a case of an evolving language. He did “stunts” with the beards, too. It just didn’t seem as overwhelming at the time and the focus then was more on how they were helping to maintain his closet.

She was saying that by the time Harry was two (in 1996), she knew he was meant to be on stage in some way or another.

Not silly at all. This is the only one I can think of off the top of my head, but I really loved it.

It’s very cute. But Harry’s was a gift from Wembley (with the 12 and his name on the back). It’s otherwise just the official England jersey.

But i love that they were both wearing it on the same day.

The two of them are so married. It’s ridiculous.

I‘m the anon asking about the links for your fave deleted fics. If it‘s no trouble for you, I would love to check out all of them. No worries if that‘s too much work, I‘m just looking for new fics to read and it seems like after about 14 years in the fandom, there are not too many I haven‘t read or heard of.

I would of course also love to check out some fics which are not too popular that I maybe have not read yet.

I also just wanted to tell you that it was Pride in Cologne Germany the last few days (I was there on Saturday) and about 1,5 million people celebrated it. In times like these I often forget that there are still a lot of amazing people out there who are either queer themselves or allies and it made my heart grow a thousand times bigger experiencing this.

Just thought I‘d let you know because it made me very happy and I think sometimes we all need the reminder that we are not alone in this.
