This infuriates me so much. It’s truly something I just don’t get! Is it because they hate Larries so much? Is it because they can’t deal with Larries being right all along (punt intended)? Is it because they are homophobic and this disrupts their fantasy to be with him? To have a chance to be the one for him?

I would imagine the answer is different for everyone. But, overall, I think 1DHQ, HSHQ, and LTHQ have done a spectacular job of making Larries the scapegoats of the fandom. Other fans feel like “good fans” by dumping on Larries.

And honestly, it all boils down to the fact that we’re right. Their teams wouldn’t give a shit about us if we were saying Zouis or Narry were real.

I don’t think they see it that way. At least not now. Perhaps it’s been something they’ve worked through; I’m sure they’ve discussed it often. Working in the same industry as your partner, being at different levels of success from your partner, all of that can be a strain.

But I think it’s also something that ties them together. I don’t think anyone in the world could better understand what Louis has been through, than Harry. And I don’t think anyone in the world could better understand how hard Harry’s journey has been, than Louis.

This is so ridiculous. We got the first photo drop of Harry in that outfit on June 29. Then his residency ends and suddenly his team is pushing super hard to show he’s still in London by releasing more photos of him and Zoe. Why? He’s on a break. Why would he have four days of pap shoots?

Harries are perfectly happy to accept that that weird photo of H and Zoe holding hands looked photoshopped.

They’ll push back and point out how the paps are lying about the dates of the second set (ie: not from the 5th but from the 29th).

They’re willing to argue that the third sighting (a video where he’s in that same shirt and cap and has only changed his shirts and sneakers) is sus because the guy posting it said Harry has been there all week but suddenly he’s posting on the 7th (or whatever day it was) and being all excited about it. Why not post the first day? Why wait and see him every day and then finally post? Why not answer people asking if it was from “today?”

They’ll roll their eyes at Harry, yet again wearing the same fucking outfit, in a fourth set of photos at a cafe and laugh about how there’s no way he’s in London.

Until a larrie posts that he’s been seen in NY.

Then, suddenly, they believe he’s in London. 🙄 It’s like fucking clockwork. Just like they believed the source when they were sending gossip to a harrie. But the same source sending gossip to a larrie must be lying.

And I am actually really angry about this live streamers actions lately (in general, not just this instance) Solo Louis always talk about the boys larrybaiting. But for the first time ever I’d say there is larrybaiting happening And it’s this streamer who is larrybaiting or rather was. She now clearly found her follower within the solo section and feeds into the anti narratives in her own way. I find people like her incredibly annoying.

I’m very out of the loop on this thing, but I did see that people thought she was Larry-positive (if not an actual larrie). But it’s a very shitty way to behave to suddenly lash out at people who supported you.

Also, I’m sorry, I know I don’t have a smoking gun in my hands, but the idea that Louis was actually mad about a Larry sign is so fucking dumb.

He’s gone so out of his way to show his support of that kind of thing. Like, that huge Together Together banner that antis freaked out over and made security remove, and then Louis totally approved of at the next show.

He doesn’t hate larries. But antis are emboldened to act like a fucking goon squad because he doesn’t make it explicitly clear enough for those numbskulls to understand.

Such is the effect of closeting.

Mmhm. She’s a total hack and the rumors I’ve been hearing are that the movie is not being well-received. I guess the Thanksgiving weekend gives them more time to try and make their money back.

I also think a lot of people don’t realize how bad shit is here economically, right now, if you’re not rich. A lot of people are cutting back on their spending on non-essentials, either because they can’t afford them anymore or they’re stockpiling extra funds away in case of a layoff - the job market is a nightmare. And if those demographic numbers for Louis’ fanbase from a few years ago are real, then it’s doubly unsurprising - young people are being especially hard hit.

Shit’s a mess here right now. I don’t think you can fully grasp the reality of this if you’re not living in it.
