LIKE LIKE ami is so made to love deadpan. she's a lover not a fighter in every way . the moon knew she would get along with anyone for sure , like she knew no MATTER what or who it is or what they look like or anything, there's a place for them in Ami's heart . the way BOTH Ami and Lucifer wished it like , deadass just someone to love while ami more of wished to love AND be loved as she is . as she is as a person but also her horns . Lucifer more of just wished for someone to love and he'd figure where to go from there, it wasn't an issue . both of them are so prone to fall easily and love VERY deeply except that ami does in fact go around and just give everyone a piece of her love while lucifer just focuses on one ya know? the moon observes those who make a wish and sees how far they woulf go for the cause . it's that both of them would REALLYYYYYYY go far . along the fact that Ami loved the moon first for who she is , she didn't care for what she looked like, she didn't love her because she could grant wishes, she loved her for HER. the wish came way way later and even then Ami was so anxious to ask at all because again the happiness of people around her is priority . VERY desperate to love but willing to wait a thousand years for it as long as it happens (while lucifer really assumed the closest full moon is the time because he's impatient as fuck but also very deseprate about it ) ; it's something very special and the moon knew that . she wanted to do something nice for Ami especially ngl but it all came tpogether naturally
