This past week was a challenge, the first of my relapse. I finished out the week with a total of 6,992 calories, a whole 8 under my goal of 7,000. I'm happy I was within my limit, but I really thought I'd do better. I also only exercised 3 days out of the week, not 5 like I had intended.

As of today, I weigh 138.0 lbs. Three down from where I started. And I'm a lot less bloated.

This upcoming week will be better!

7,000 calorie budget per week

Calories can be spread out however I want, but cannot exceed the 7,000 limit

Save up calories throughout the week to have a "guilt free" maintenance/high cal day within the budget

Weigh myself as often as I want, but record/post weight and progress pics on Fridays

Exercise at least 5 days each week

Calories burned by working out DO NOT cancel out calories eaten that day. Don't think that just because I exercised, I can eat over budget

I will forgive myself the week of the 25th of July, because I have to get my wisdom teeth removed and I'll need strength to get through that and the next few days. Still count and try to make up for however much I eat with future weekly budgets.
