I really need help with motivation to not eat everything in the whole house during the day. It’s summer so I’m pretty much home the entire day so I need things to keep me busy while I’m home because I can’t leave much. Also I want to join a GC very bad like ideally on snap but I’ll take literally anything other than discord. I’ve tried mia and I physically can’t make myself get anything up so if you have tips lmk. I’ve tried Ana and I can’t stay consistent. I’ll go the entire day and then at dinner I break my fast. I need somebody to lay out rules also and explain everything I need to do in depth like working out and if I can even eat anything at all during the day. Please please help guys I need to lose so much before school starts on the 13th. I’m literally so fat and ugly and disgusting and I just need some help especially before school starts.
