going through all the muppet movies in a row made me realize that like. miss piggy was made in the 70's. and it's so rare even today to have a character like her. she's loud, she's selfish, she's funny, she's extremely vain, she's obsessed with romance, she's violent, she's kind of annoying, and there's not a single moment in any of these films where she's asked to tone down any of these personality traits. i am not joking when i say that miss piggy might be one of the best treated female characters ever written

can i be honest for a sec. if you see one of those things where they draw male comic book characters in female characters’ poses or use female video game characters’ animations with male models or whatever and your response is “haha yay i love it when men are sluts” you should strongly consider shutting up forever.

Among other things, she used the bioluminescence of stoplight fish to deduce wavelengths which most deep sea animals can’t perceive and used that to create light filters to be able to film with minimal disturbance! And that’s how we got 25 minutes of giant squid footage!!!!

My beef with weed btw is that people act like it’s not a mind altering substance and so will get high every day, go to work high, drive high, without realizing that’s it’s similar to getting buzzed every day, first thing in the morning. I don’t want to hang out with people who are high cause I don’t like hanging out with people who are drunk. Also, I’ve lived in apartments for years and weed fucking stinks and people who smoke it are inconsiderate.
