omgggggg sothe bill for my colonoscopy was like $2k so i called the doctor who provided the service and was like did you run this through insurance and they were like yeah they declined coverage cause you've "exhausted your policy maximum for the period" and they were like you'll need to call insurance if you want to know more, so I did just now, and the insurance guy's telling me that there's no record of them denying coverage. So now I'm on hold and he's calling the clinic that did the colonoscopy. I hope they fight to the death
