Bees choose to live in the box where they know damn well that a large fraction of the honey will periodically be removed, instead of simply leaving that place like they are perfectly able to do, because the human box comes with an invulnerable titan to guard them against all threats. The bees consider the payment offered to this colossal mercenary to be a pretty good deal.

Bees actually over produce honey and genuinely do not mind humans taking some of it from them as long as they don't seem like a threat to the hive.
Genuinely I don't get a lot of Vegan hang ups. Animal by products like honey and wool are totally none harmful to take from the animals. Infact for Sheep sheering them has become a necessity for their own health.
And I kinda get it when it comes to milk and eggs, but most of the time Milking cows is totally pain free and there is more then enough left for calves.
