Namaygoosisagagun First Nation/Collins has burned to the ground. The entire community is nothing but ashes after being quickly consumed by wildfires. They did not have any support from emergency services, and no one offered aid. The community saved themselves by escaping into boats because no one came.

Mishkeegogamang and Cat Lake have lost power. Families are ending up in shelters with nothing. Armstrong, Lac La Croix, Whitesand, Gull Bay, Lac des Mille Lacs are currently in the fires path and all members are being evacuated.

All this loss, all this devastation, and it was entirely preventable.

After steadily underfunding wildland firefighting and purposefully excluding Indigenous wildland firefighters and Indigenous wildfire organizations from wildfire operations, firefighter training, decisionmaking, and resource exchanges, in 2025, Doug Ford slashed the forest firefighting budget.

It's hard to ignore his decision to cut funding and leave us out of adequate fire training (even though we've lived with forest fires for thousands of years—far longer than settlers have been in Canada—and made sure fires like the ones we're all seeing today were prevented through kinisitotēn) when, despite making up less than 5% of the population, we account for 42% percent of all wildfire evacuations in Canada.

And when we are successfully evacuated, we face discrimination and racism—like Kashechewan—because it's always been easier to blame us than it is to blame the true culprit: denialism, corportate greed, and colonization.

The people of Collins and every other impacted community deserve better.

Right now, the AFN is currently accepting donations to help Collins First Nation. If you're able to, please consider donating.

ONWA (Ontario Native Women's Association) is another great place to donate to. They have outreach vans going to motels and inns and offering food, water, resources, and cultural support to those impacted by the wildfires.

Other places to consider donating to are Mikinakoos Emergency Fund, Red Cross, True North Aid, Indigenous Climate Action. You can also send donations directly to Whitesand First Nation via e-transfer ([email protected]) and they request that you add your full name in the e-transfer comment section to receive a tax receipt.

A stance/movement for Necrophiles that have been/feel undermined by society and strive for acceptance, love, proper communication, proper education and the need to be seen. NYE believes that Necrophiles are often pushed to the side and often forgotten during pro-paraphile activism, representation, paraphile support and paraphile education. Individuality: The understanding and celebration that all Necrophiles are different with their own morals, opinions and identity, NYE is for all kinds of Necrophiles, including Necrophiles in radqueer/paraphile communities or not, Necrophiles with flexible or multiple types of attractions, (sadism, masochism, auto, zoo, map, ect) Necrophiles with other paraphilias and Necrophiles of all shapes and sizes (age, race, sex, species, identity, contact stance) Not all may agree with each other or follow the same beliefs, some may want to not affiliate with other spaces or paraphiles, and that is okay!

Acknowledgment: This stance is for Necrophiles who want to feel acknowledged, whether this be from other Paraphiles, Paraphile communities, Friends and family or a lover. We fight to be seen and heard and more involved in Paraphile acceptance and movements.

Community: NYE is a socially driven stance and can only achieve it's true purpose by coming together, communicating and making friends. Some Necrophiles may feel lonely, outcasted or confused due to the stigmatization or isolation they face. NYE Offers the chance to find other Necrophiles you can relate you, you are not alone.

Anti-Harassment: NYE is a stance where bullying and harassment is not tolerated at all, especially in between communities and spaces, We are all paraphiles here fighting for the same thing, simply blocking and disconnecting from others that make you uncomfortable can be the answer.

Freedom: NYE believes in freedom of expression, it offers multiple different outlets for each individual, you don't have to be Radqueer or any other stance to be NYE, you don't have to agree with this and that to be NYE, you shouldn't feel pressured to agree with certain ideologies as a Necrophile to find true acceptance and a community.

Art: NYE Is very much built on expression, and art is a form of expression! NYE celebrates our paraphilias expressed through all kinds of artwork, including music, art pieces, any medias like games or movies, ect. Sharing our artwork or showing others artwork can be the start of giving us Necrophiles a voice and a start to make friends.

Education & Support: NYE believes that all Necrophiles experiences and stories should be heard and supported, Necrophiles are often chopped up as 'edgy and evil corpse abusers' when we are far more than that, we can love fictionally, platonically, familiarly, spiritually, sexually and romantically, necrophiles can have living partners and our attraction can be fluid. Necrophilia is as complex as our individuality and it should be known that it is.

Inclusion: NYE is for and supports any type of Necrophile no matter the attraction, you can be a Necrophile simply just because you wan't to identify that way, or even aesthetically. You can have the paraphilic attraction but not identify as a Necrophile and that is okay too. NYE Includes individuals with multiple paraphilic attractions that's not just Necrophilia, it also includes fictional attractions. Nye is also a open community for non-paraphiles or non-necrophiles who still want to support the cause and show support.

Youth Liberation: NYE should act as a support for minors or underage individuals who face abuse , harassment or discrimination from having necrophilic disorders. Being educated and given a proper community to entail those questioning if they have these disorders or know they have these disorders know how to be one safely and be supported, no one should feel bad or guilty about their attractions or disorders. Minors often face extreme discrimination or ignorance from guardians or professionals when they suffer from sexual disorders or paraphilias and they deserve to be listened to.

NYE is against:

Anti-Recovery: Necrophiles have the freedom to be proud of their attractions or not! Some necrophiles might want to think differently and be different, and that is okay. Pressuring them to do harmful things or think in harmful ways when they don't want too isn't okay! They are free to not want Necrophilic thoughts and the urge to act on them, it is okay to ask for help and you should support them! Recovery isn’t getting rid of the disorder or attraction, but knowing how to practice it consensually and safely, how to repress harmful or unwanted urges or thoughts by given proper love, communication and support.

Abuse: NYE believes in complete consensual behavior. All Necrophiles have the freedom to believe if necrophilia can be consensual (example, expressed consent beforehand with a willing partner) or not! It all comes down to the individual. Necrosadism adjacent attractions are not considered bad, harmful or abusive and deserve to be included in NYE too.

Ageism: Ties into pro-youthlib beliefs, minors with paraphilic disorders exist and deserve to be listened too instead of discriminated against or ignored because of their age.

Harassment & Bullying: self explanatory, NYE believes in being as pacifistic as possible, unity creates true activism. This includes harassment between communities or others outside communities.

Discrimination: All types of necrophilic attractions exist, none should be discriminated against or compared to another.

this is also how you can differentiate youth liberation from encouraging predatory behavior. yes, there's a lot of misinformation on development, such as the 'frontal lobe fully develops at 25' thing, that doesn't mean a 25 year old and a 5 year old are in the same place developmentally. I will raise an eyebrow at anyone who is very insistent that young children and adults are identical. I don't even understand how you could unironically believe this (that is, without ulterior motives) when developmental trauma exists and presents the way it does.

Im in the third community, NO-ACT! For me its the most stable anti abuse/propara community I’ve been in, especially because everyone is mostly on the same wavelength in terms of goals and beliefs, tho most fleur people I’ve met can be really nice too.

Can’t say much on shimmerqueer as I’d rather distance myself from blankqueer labels and it’s too new for me to have met users using it yet, but the flag and symbols for it are absolutely gorgeous and the creator also made the harmony zoo flag!

I’ve wanted to share these for a bit now, I was inspired by childlove symbols, but felt they were too MAP centric and decided to make my own kinda symbols.

Meaning:

Outer outline: represents family/type of animal Inner outline: represents the love for the animal, wether it be sexual, romantic or tertiary.

These symbols are strictly anti contact and anti abuse, you also may notice that they’re a boring white, which is on purpose. They’re meant to be colored in yourself! Here’s an example with a symbol of a thylacine I made for myself:

You can do it easily on procreate by inserting the photo as the canvas and making a layer mask, I hope it’s similar for other drawing softwares too. Maybe I’ll make a separate post just exploring diff ways to color it if it turns out a lot of people need to ask.

NO-ACT zoophile flag!

A stance on zoophilia that is anti-sexual contact with theriform animals. Read more about NO-ACT here.

This stance is against non-consensual contact of any form, and believes in expressing oneself safely through fiction, kink, and/or roleplay with a consenting, bodily adult partner. In cases of plurality, alterhumanity, age regression, etc. consent varies on a case-by-case basis on the individual's ability to understand and consent to sex/romance. This stance emphasizes RACK (risk aware consensual kink), communication, and bodily autonomy -- and is against sex or roleplay that hasn't been consented to prior, isn't properly negotiated between partners, or that infringes on the bodily autonomy of one or more partners.

And now, when I find myself making the mistake of going on Instagram, I get to see trans men themselves talking about how historically, trans men didn't do anything for the community, and so we need to step up now. Which, first of all, that isn't true, but second of all, if trans men's contributions are lesser, that makes a lot of sense if we listen to that trans woman talking about the trans men she was in community with back in the day. It's very hard to advance the trans cause if you're not alive.

I’m sorta just gonna start blocking most radqueers on sight (especially the ones who don’t make their stances clear and just vaguely say they’re pro consent) ever since seeing certain events first hand and doing a retrospective on past incidents in the community, I just can’t bear being around such people as a deviant.

People who are only rq-adjacent are fine, maybe on slightly thin ice, but I’m just kinda done giving the space a chance at all, it brings nothing but mental problems to my life and it clearly doesn’t care for the well being of the vulnerable, I’ve seen it happen too much. I was always openly critical but now whenever I see them I feel sick to my stomach.

Idk why I ever even looked back at all. I guess my a habit of compulsively looking at things I hate never left.

-CSAM being spread by a radqueer against a minor anti, a lot of users were more concerned about if the minor deserved it rather than the fact a member of their community spread fucking abuse material of a child for the sake of petty revenge.

-a user named permamonika being called out for grooming a minor and it causing a big split, with people siding with the chrono 20yo+ groomer bc the victim was apparently more problematic for having bad language and having done mistakes while being heavily groomed. The defenders of the victim were also harassed and left the community, while the groomer keeps making new accounts trying to come back with mild success.

-and a bonus: a post that made fun of victims of grooming to the rq space bc “you asked to get groomed, don’t cry when it actually happens” and other generally disgusting sentiments towards youth that are victims to adults in the space.

It wasn’t everyone of course, there were radqueers who cared for the victims of these situations, I don’t wanna imply that every radqueer is suddenly a predator, that’d be completely false, but these events aren’t all for me. If you look back at the past events of the space (ex. Oddballs), as well as take in account the many personal stories made by people victimized by it, I just can’t in good faith act like I tolerate being around most of them.
