I'm pretty sure this is the moment the term "liminal spaces" was attached to this sort of imagery, and it's TEN YEARS OLD TOMORROW!

It would probably be less stressful asking out another trans man or nonbinary person because of similar life experiences making me less scared of an aggressive response but those sorts of people are harder to find.

Sure, maybe women are less likely to be beaten in broad daylight by men bc it’s harder to get away with it

But statistics show women do get beaten, killed and raped by men in the home (and outside it). Women are disrespected and groped in public constantly by the misogynistic dudes. Women are made to feel unsafe constantly in public by the men who suck.

Moreover transphobes and homophobes and misogynists tend to be a venn diagram with a lot of overlap. So the guy who can’t respect you or gets aggro if he realizes you’re not cisgender is not a guy you would want in your midst even if he didn’t see that you’re not a woman.

Yeah. It’s also difficult to get real information about how common violence against trans people is because our deaths or assaults often get reported under our birth genders. It happens with all trans people but especially with transmascs violence against us often gets reported as violence against women so it’s like we’re really walking into a serious unknown out there. I’ve also known trans guys who have been sexually assaulted by cis queer women as well so it’s like friendships and romantic relationships with cis women aren’t inherently safer either.

use flashpoint to play archived online flash games

find books, movies, games, etc. on the internet archive! for starters, here's a bunch of David Attenborough documentaries and all of the Animorphs books

burn your music onto cds

use pdf24 (available online or as a desktop app) instead of adobe

use unroll.me to clean your email inboxes
