did you guys hear about what happened at the gavinners concert? shit's crazy
(happy belated turnabout serenade day, and have a merry year of apollo justice!)
more thoughts / spoilers:
admittedly the case is really goofy and there's a lot wrong with it, but i am fond of it
like why would they ever suspect machi, the laws around cocoon smuggling are wishy washy, the siren is cryptic for seemingly no reason, and a lot of other things (but i think the concert video playing over and over again is really funny. especially because of orange klavier)
but! we see a lot of klavier beyond his pretty boy flirtatious rockstar persona, especially in the context of his band. it's easy to discount him as a whole because of how unprofessional he acts in court but turnabout serenade shows his perfectionist side, even to the point where it detriments others. (also i really like the one frowny sprite where he looks like >:( )
all the prosecutors up till now have been a huge pain in the ass, broody, cold, and generally difficult to work with, but klavier is so respectful and cordial despite all that happens to him in AA4. he stuck around even though he could've chosen death or sought revenge or done all the things previous prosecutors did. i think it's pretty cool. and though apollo put his brother and best friend in jail, he doesn't hold a grudge and accepts that he overlooked their true characters. though god that's gotta hurt...
big fan of how klavier interacts with trucy and apollo in this case! especially how he gave them 20% off tickets instead of just giving those for free lmao
