Printable Self-care checklists!
I know some folks (including myself) have trouble keeping on task with basic self-care so I made some printable self-care checklists that you can use. Here’s how to use them:
1. choose your list and download it from here
2. take it to a kinkos, fedex store, office depot or other printing service and ask them to print it on 11 x 17 tabloid portrait paper, and laminate it
3. use a magic-erase or expo marker to tick off each star for each task that you do every day!
Remember:
- it’s okay if you can’t do every task every day. in fact, showering every day is probably not a good idea and bad for your hair/skin.
- this is just a tool for you to use to keep track of your habits. it’s not supposed to make you feel bad for not completing tasks.
- this isn’t a to-do list. just check off what you can do. if you can’t do anything, don’t beat yourself up for it. there’s always tomorrow.
