I feel like people are ignorant of the fact that destroying the community and businesses is going to have far reaching consequences. They aren't looking past the immediate moment of outrage to actually remember that the country has been under economic hardship these past several months. Why would anyone want to lash out at people who had nothing to do with Floyd's death? A big box store might not care about the loss and write it off, but the employees can't.

That’s not what happened lmao. During stonewall, they didnt burn down gay clubs. During the civil rights, they didn’t burn down their own communities and businesses. She brought up how it hurts their (the oppressors) bottom line but it’s like… Yeah for the moment, but it hurts the community in the long run. Cause the community has to be the one to pay the government to fix all of it or the community will have to do without
