#tbt What a difference eating and lifting heavy make. If there is one thing I've learned since I started powerlifting is that you got to eat to get the booty to make the gainz. Food is fuel and I train for athletics not aesthetics so I eat according to that goal. 5 months ago when I started I was a crazy diet, adderall driven cardio bunny who's goal was to just be skinny skinny skinny. And it showed. I was a size 0 with not butt, no tone, no nothing. Then I started lifting, I changed my way of thinking, I got off the adderall, started eating like a normal person and lifting heavy. And BOOM! I didn't just build a booty, I build anew outlook and mindset about my body and fitness.
