Little update
About 3 weeks ago I paused my bulk to let my stomach settle. I still don't know exactly what was wrong (tests said nothing ¯\_(ツ)_/¯,) but I was having issues with appetite and digestion. It was affecting my ability to gain weight, and in fact I lost about 8 pounds after just reaching 190#. I'm mostly better now, back to eating big, packing on pounds, and slaying the gym. Tiny little blip. I will post a photo update once I hit 200#, bulk is back on in full force in two weeks!
