When you always brag about never getting sick but now it’s been a week and your still bed ridden..😓 fingers crossed a large plate of satay veggies is the cure.

I’m adding ‘pancake extraordinaire’ to my bio😛 Perfect rainy day off eating my weight in buckwheat pancakes with all the toppings🍌

Definitely one of the best Açaí bowls I’ve had in a while🍓 This was the ‘I See Red’ at @green_remedy🍌Followed by cacao lattes from @matcha_mylkbar to warm us up, because it’s probably too cold to be eating Açaí.. (at Green Remedy)

I use water to cook the oats and then add some plant based milk (usually soy) at the end! xo

I used Organ Buckwheat Pancake Mix (from supermarket or health food store) and added brown sugar to the mixture to sweeten.  xx
