Eat, pray, love💚

So excited!! Giving away a free celery juice to sample hopefully to Jen. & scheduling a coaching session with Padmaja! Really feeling the positive momentum moving forward with my wellness business :-) Combined with my fitness routine, this juice really makes me feeling like I’m glowing from the inside out. I love taking care of my health and fitness because of the way it makes me feel - more energized and happy - rather than meeting society’s expectations of looking a certain way. I felt like I absorbed some really negative body messages growing up, and I’m sure this is something many can relate to. I was bullied as a young girl by being called “fat” (even though I wasn’t at all!) and it felt like the worst possible insult at the time. When I was 14 I was enrolled in a modeling school and when I was a size 4 they told me I needed to lose weight. So fucked up!! Not being able to work out during lockdown caused me to lose all the external progress I had made and gain a few pounds and it really triggered some of those deep seated wounds of feeling unworthy unless I’m super in shape. Instead I’ve gained something far more valuable - LOVING and accepting myself no matter what I look like and knowing that the people I really want in my life will do so too!!
