For a few days my dad is visiting me and he can’t believe that I’m so fat, he doesn’t like fat people at all he has some childhood trauma with that, how curious that fate or karma gives him a son who constantly wants to gain weight without an apparent limit, a feeder son and increasingly plump, these last weeks I have seen a clear weight gain and my belly feels huge, I did not expect visitors in my house and that interrupted my constant food intake. Obviously I want to continue eating and in fact I was preparing to start drinking two shakes a day, one in the morning and one at night apart from my 3 or 4 daily meals.

I traded workouts for pig outs, abs for a gut, and chasing pumps for chasing that stuffed, heavy, can’t-move feeling. I used to flex for attention. Now I get off on watching myself soften up, thicken out, and turn into the blubbery fat boy I always wanted to be. Every binge shows. Every added pound is on purpose. Bigger belly, softer chest, heavier thighs, tighter clothes, deeper appetite. I’m not trying to get back in shape. I’m trying to outgrow the body I used to have… and most furniture. I’m just getting started. Feed me, watch me swell, and don’t expect me to stop until I’m three times this size.

Ugh truthfully I’ve been really enjoying the ice cream that comes with my desserts lately after my big meals 😮‍💨

But I guess you’re right, and also the slice of cake came with it so there was no away around it 👀

This weekend is turning into a belly blowout kinda weekend 🥵

I THINK Berlin might have taken its toll on my waistline 🤣🐋
