Yeah no shit it is :) Illness implies that something is inhibiting your normal survival/reproductive functions :) systems that no rational person would support :) but evolution has rotted your mind to the point that you're not able to think about the horrors of survival and breeding and death properly :)

It's true cause as children we're properly disgusted when we hear about it. Later, hormones take over and remove all sense of decency, causing people to start debasing and using each other for their bodies.
Very few make it through without getting caught up in it and even fewer of us find a way out of it and into celibacy.
Do you think that them being partnered with men is different/smarter to non feminist women being partnered with men, or more hypocritical? with radfems going into it a bit more informed and emotionally detached. I’d hope that radfems that are straight and go out with men would be the kind to not accept the blatant disrespect that other women do to keep their relationships, and go in with a backup plan and base their relationship on reality rather than fantasy version of men. Nothing smart and especially nothing radical about dating men while knowing it is a failed ROI, degrading and risky. Why is celibacy unrealistic? I’m bi and celibate just fine. Why not fulfill the human desire for connection with friendship? Why does sex have to be involved? Have some dignity, women seem incapable of possessing it.

A lot of stuff in the world makes sense once you realize how many of us there are and how horrible the living conditions have been for so long. People have been giving birth for so long and the world has been shit for so long. Of course people are racist and homophobic and misogynists, of course they don't care about others. They bring people into this world. The only reason I would bring someone into this horrible world is if I was delusional to its faults or if I was particularly cruel. Both these mindsets are held by exceptionally shitty people.

I genuinely hate makeup. I hate that it’s seen as subversive for teenage girls and women to choose to exist in public with their natural face.
I hate the fact that people will perceive you as lazy or super-religious for not wearing makeup. I hate the language people use to defend and encourage wearing makeup. “It enhances your features, you’ll feel so much more confident. you’re pretty, but you would look and feel so much better if you apply some blush —if you had darker eyelashes.”
do these people hear themselves. You feel more confident because you were trained from birth to associate makeup with being a woman. every advertisement, every female character in film, tv, kids shows, every famous woman. most likely your mom your sister your teacher - damn near every woman you have ever interacted with in your formative years wore makeup.
and because of that, i don’t believe it when women say they do it for themselves. you think you’re doing it for yourself, but you were simply socialized to believe that it’s a necessity.
Makeup is the biggest psyop to keep women down. OP describes a lot of my issues with it well, and I wanted to add the financial burden of it too. Even the absolute cheapest drugstore level full face set costs like $20-$30, which is like a week of meals for me.

They wear it because they want to. Nobody is forcing them to do it. Women in my family also tried to socialize me into liking makeup. Didn't work. I think it's ugly and makes women look like clowns.
Women are vain and superficial. So they will want to try and adhere to beauty standards.
Makeup is part of femininity and feminity and masculinity are also mating strategies. You can observe it in animals (males showing that they're bigger and more beautiful for example) and humans have it across all three sexualities. Homosexuals adhere to these standards too (no matter how much chronically online homos want to deny it).
Femininity in het women is a sign of submissiveness. That's what men find attractive. Gay men are also often either feminine or super masculine.

Saying that people are socialized to be feminine or masculine is once again a coping strategy of feminists. It's obvious that people choose to be like that. Masculinity and femininity are natural, in the sense that they're obviously human desires.
