#137.5 - Created from extensive research, Porygon are Pokemon that consist entirely of programming code. These Pokemon are capable of moving freely in cyberspace, can revert themselves back into program data, and do not need to breathe; however, they are only programmed with basic motions. Due to their artificial nature, Porygon require the aid of human interaction to evolve. After they have access to a code upgrade and a power source, Porygon go through several rounds  of “buffering” until the download is complete.

#233.5 - Porygon2 are endowed with artificial intelligence that enables them to expand past their initial programming and learn new gestures and emotions on their own. These man-made Pokemon have been designed to evolve when additional software is added to their programming; however, strange computer viruses have been observed to cause the phenomenon as well. The Pokemon often acts erratically while processing the changes to its system; reports state that the resulting Pokemon is often unstable.

meanwhile, the judge in the virginia case:

also allowed fans in the court house, so this woman had to not only recount the abuse & SA she faced to the world but in front of a room of his supporters

had a person in the jury pool who’s wife called amber ‘psychotic’

blocked medical records of heard’s which includes reports of SA

blocked the texts of deuters, depp’s assistant who in the uk was shown to have admitted depp kicked heard

in fact, juries are more likely to fall for an abuser DARVO’ing than a judge

like the only thing that this case has proven to me is that virginia is gonna become a tourist destination for abusers wanting to destroy their victims with defamation and you people will congratulate them for it. 

depp has already been outed as an abuser in civil court. he knows he can't win a criminal case, so he sues amber for "lost wages" after she called herself an abuse victim (without even naming him) because here he doesn't have to prove that he's not an abuser. him suing amber for defamation after a judge has concluded that she did indeed endure abuse at the hands of depp is how abusers get away with humiliating their victims over and over again.
