lmao just saw a “study guide tips for ppl with adhd” on here and it included: planning out your time to study over the course of a few weeks, removing all distractions (studying in a silent corner of the room), and how your space to study should be an uncluttered area which like. ok the person who made it was definitely just trying to be helpful but also they don’t have adhd and there’s just smthn funny to me about telling an adhd person who’s struggling to study “hey you just need time management skills, the ability to make a plan and follow thru, and you need to learn to focus with 0 stimuli around you”
