All of these taken inspo from the state we can assume he's in by the birds eye view after adam attacks him

So I just had to put even more emphasis on the fact Kaoru got absolutely ruined by Adam... right?

However, we give him a little success here too🙏

For disability pride i kinda just felt the urge to merge him and my own sport because it just makes sense yknow??

I was also going to possibly do a chigiri one from bluelock due to him also having canonical injuries/disability however my procrastination said no this time (wheelchairs are hard to draw😞)

Maybe another time though??

Amongst the details i pointed out i also:

Used his colour sceme for the outfit

Used carlas colours for the chair

Inspo from him for the ball

The number 27 is due to his birthday (it was going to be 8 for sk8 but i changed my mind)

We ignore that I'm running a little late... shhhh...

However, i do hope you enjoy the fic and the chaos that comes with these two (and a whole lotta flirting excused as being friends and Kojiro pining endlessly)

I do not have much to say for this one however as it is 2am, i am sleep deprived, and have work in the morning 💔

So... if anyone has seen my 7MIH fic - A Garden of Temptation (Seven Minutes in Eden) - then you may recall a character from Cherry and Joe's Sk8 group that I called "Blaze"... or... "Kazami Kyan" and to put pieces together, this more emo looking reki clone was in fact that inspiration and so, we have a bit of a comic that I decided to give a more angsty backstory:

So... who said Reki had to be the oldest child? We don't listen to canon around here

(We actually do... I CONSTANTLY reference canon or canonical facts about characters but we ignore that...)

Not that I am definitely saying this is a brotherly situation, it may be a "Kaoru finds Reki familiar to him", but that is also another option

Also, for key details if you haven't already spotted them:

Reki and Kazami both have the same shoes, but also the same little spanner and trouser chain

I also gave Kazami piercings because somehow I decided to HC just vibes on the friendships that built up the sk8 dk groups, and I could see Kaoru's piercings being done by friends

I don't know why I did this... but suddenly I have the urge to make fics ontop of my many many WIPs

Why do I do this to myself??

(Kazami will probably just become a little side character here and there if I need one😭)

I always go "damn Reki and Kaoru are so similar especially when you throw Langa or Adam into the mix" so... I created this for whatever pain and suffering it must bring me

Also, Kaoru DID think he could trust Adam... so like... switch the VA and who would know...
