Creator’s note: I was really excited about writing this last December. I love Taurus very much! Sorry for any typos since this writing has been marinating for nearly 7 months!!
Taurus is one of the very first constellations to join the zodiacs, very practical but down to earth. As the daughter of Venus, she has an amazing sense of inner beauty. She is very insisting on ‘self care hours’ as it is her most important time of the day.
Sassy and also very witty, she has the patience of a saint and the stubbornness of a boulder lodged in the ground. She cannot be convinced.
Once her opinion is set in stone, there is no changing her mind and that is final. She is one of the most mentally & physically strongest zodiacs, and is a fiery force when messed with. Taurus cannot be stopped, even by Aries. If those two were to ever butt heads It’s a case of unstoppable force vs immovable object.
She is very touchy-feely, and can be extremely flirty when she feels like it. But shes not straightforward as libra, and more of a subtle flirt. Her touch is the most tantalizing and enamouring thing about her, from the way she caresses skin and the way her low, soft spoken voice echoes. It takes time for her to commit, but when she loves someone it is so deeply engraved into her being that she’ll refuse to let go.
Her powers rely on her insane physical strength. She is the physically strongest female zodiac, and is rumored to be strong enough to make the earth crack and shake, and maybe even move mountains!! She has a great sense of control and exceptional perception which comes into great play when in combat. However it’s extremely rare to see her in a full rage, and when she’s in that state she turns into a living nightmare. Legends say that during her season, she visits in the form of a beautiful, gleaming white bull with gold jewelry around her horns. They jingle and ring like wind chimes when the twilight settles, only those born under the season of Taurus can hear.
She was a bull enchanted and blessed by the hands of Venus, released into the wild. She lived most of her simple life frolicking and grazing in meadows. Many people from nearby villages admired her beautiful, unbelievable form. And of course, when humans see a pretty thing they want to take it home with them.
However, knowing Taurus, she was known as the untamable. There were countless attempts to break through her wilderness, but she was nearly unstoppable. No one could tame her, and anyone who dared to tame her got themselves hurt in result.
One day, the son of a village’s overseer attempted to take her, and of course this ended badly. Coming back to his father with bruises and wounds, the overseer raged. Taurus was now portrayed as a monster, pitchforks and torches would now point towards her and aim for her blood. Watching villagers approach her, Taurus stood her ground and fought an almost endless battle until she worn out.
Next thing she knew, she could possibly end up dead. People from town gathered to see this chained monster fight mercilessly. Knowing her strength, they put her in countless arenas and violent battles within the ‘sacred’ amphitheatres. She still fought for her freedom even if it meant that she had to kill others for people’s entertainment.
Like all stars, her energy began to wither and weakly crackle like candlelight, spending her near death moments in chains. Just when all hope was lost, her ambition and voice was heard by mother Venus, giving her the power of Taurus. Venus couldn’t help but admire her courage and determination, a trait that reached beyond the constellation’s expectations.
She soon became a celestial body of stars, saying goodbye to her physical form once more.
