Ingredients: 1 lb beef sirloin tips, cubed. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F 200C. In a large bowl, toss beef cubes with olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread beef cubes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!
