happy loustat bickering and making each other jealous as foreplay eve to all who celebrate
That happen with you and Lestat? No. Oh.
Louis, lying through his teeth there, for reasons after telling Daniel this for the book:
"There is no human equivalent. Lover, murderer, maker. It's a bond that can never fully be severed. A bond like that makes you believe there are only two of you on the planet."
9111 fandom ruined the show for me
Now hr fandom is doing the same thing
Some many friendless people like a fucking convection đđ
Iâve been thinking a lot about why the adaptation of Heated Rivalry has left me uneasy, and I keep coming back to how fundamentally Ilya was reframed.
In the books, Ilya is not cold. Heâs overwhelmed.
Season one removes much of the context that makes that clear.
We lost the deeper explanation of his motherâs death and, more importantly, the fact that his father explicitly conditioned him to stay silent.
We lost the emotional meaning of the necklace he wears because it belonged to his mother. We lost his repeated verbal declarations of love including saying âI love youâ in Russian more than once.
We lost the moment where he asks Shane to travel away with him, one of the clearest displays of his desperation and vulnerability in the book
We also lost the small, intimate details that humanize him: calling Shane âsweetheartâ talking about Shaneâs freckles, talking about the wedding proposal, the softness that exists even when he doesnât know how to articulate what he feels.
At the same time, the adaptation makes very deliberate additions and shifts elsewhere.
Shane is written as far more openly romantic and emotionally fearless from the beginning. He feels safer, more certain, less conflicted than he is at this stage in the books. Meanwhile, the show emphasizes Ilya being with multiple other people, reinforcing a perception of emotional distance or detachment.
Whatâs especially telling is what wasnât shown: Shaneâs own sexual exploration with two men, which in the book complicates his rigidity and highlights that he isnât as emotionally or sexually resolved as he appears.
That imbalance matters.
By cutting Ilyaâs interiority while softening and stabilizing Shane, the story quietly shifts the emotional responsibility of the relationship almost entirely onto Ilya. The tension starts to read less like a clash between two people with incompatible fears, and more like a problem of Ilyaâs communication, his openness, his supposed coldness.
This is why Iâm nervous about season two (The Long Game).
That book is not about Ilya becoming warmer, clearer, or easier to love. Itâs about him being seen without having to translate his pain into something more palatable. Itâs about a relationship where growth is mutual and not corrective.

no sorry i dont really use instagram, i can contact you via ouija board, spirit box, fluctuations in temperature, flickering lights, and certain rituals. i am also on tumblr.
This week, the plan is to write to ABC discussing the following: How Tommy's character differs from Buck's past love interests, and the importance of him not pushing Buck's feelings aside. Expand on that however you wish!
It was mentioned to me that, sometimes, it can be difficult to get your thoughts in order when you get to the submission form. Here are a few points you can speak on if you aren't sure what to say:
How Tommy's character puts Buck first, unlike his previous love interests.
How Tommy is always considerate of Buck's feelings. He's attentive, respectful, and doesn't make Buck feel bad when he's acting jealous.
Tommy's willingness to drop everything and steal a helicopter for Buck, even though (at this point) he believes that Buck doesn't have feelings for him.
Buck's baking, pining over Tommy in ways he never did past love interests.
You can mention how you hope that Tommy finds out about Buck baking and missing him.
You can discuss how open-ended their relationship feels to you, leaving it off with "and for you," and a lack of discussion after the funeral.
How Tommy cried watching Buck break down over Bobby. The way he feels Buck's emotions and empathizes with him.
Make it personal. Talk about how you feel when seeing them interact.
Remember to make the feedback your own! It doesn't have to be perfect. Just say what's on your mind đ
Wake up BuckTommy Girlies itâs time for your morning submission of feedback politely asking to see Buck move in with Tommy next season and why you think Buck and Tommy deserve stability together.
It's going to be a bloodbath now. Bobs are going after the journalists.
Let's how many would be back next season.
To be complete honest? Well deserved. Jornalists spent months feed the monster and spinning fan theories left and right.
Honestly Ryan is better than me. Like he said multiple times how he feel about buddie. How many times they need to hear the word brothers until they get it?
He is not going to change his answer.

Why Ryan is saying that Buck is gay?
Bi people cant never win đđđđ
Like they think that bommers dont know what bissexual is
I am so mad right now. They have a discussion on 8x11 and it leads to .... nothing.
They could just close the door for this relationship on 8x11 or 8x15.
Why saying that Buck is going to call but never finish this storyline.
Like Tim just fucking ask to chatgpt to give bullet points what storylines you need to finish for the season.
We don't even know if Tommy will be back for next season.
No, Eddie Diaz nor buddie fanworks do not belong in a fan event celebrating queer rep in 911.
If you're celebrating on-screen representation, your headcanons don't qualify as nobody sees those but you.
Eddie is only queer-coded in your fantasies. Most people watching don't see him as such no matter what y'all have convinced yourselves of.
A character is not canonically queer just because you said so.
By this logic all the characters should be included because according to you, any of them could secretly be queer in someone's head and therefore count as representation.
No, you don't police the queer identities of REAL PEOPLE. Which these are not. And even if you don't - Eddie has SAID he is STRAIGHT. If you claim that he is queer, YOU are the one policing his identity and insisting that he is not what he says he is. Isn't that something generally frowned upon in the queer community? It is in the one I'm familiar with.
I dare you to tell the trans community that Buck should be included in a celebration of trans inclusion on TV because some people write/headcanon him as trans. I DARE you.
isn't it funny how eddie getting right up in buck's face and shouting at him for no reason, and guilt tripping and shaming him for having feelings = peak romance
but tommy calling buck by his name, looking after him and giving him an ice pack and painkillers when he's injured, noticing when he's not okay and checking in on how he's feeling, even dressing up in a suit and driving with him to a cemetery so he can make a speech to a dead cowboy in order to break a curse he doesn't believe in = abusive behaviour
I don't even fuck with this fandom anymore but lol the audacity to paint the showrunner as some supervillain whose goal is to hurt, manipulate and gaslight the fandom as if you haven't all but trained yourselves to ignore everything that doesn't feed your confirmation bias. The showrunner says fans shouldn't assume no one will ever die in this show? Clearly a joke, a main has never died before! Massive foreshadowing for a MCD at the beginning of the season? Bah, it's beneath our superior media literacy! A director tells us the door is closed on a potential storyline? Lalala, I can't hear it, they wouldn't have included it in the episode if it hadn't meant anything! A character says he's straight? Obviously, the opposite is true! His actor says he's straight? What the fuck does he know!
The absolute gall to lash out at people who tried to be honest with you for years only for you all to brush their words aside until they shrugged and settled into a routine that didn't disturb your fantasies too much because that's what you wanted. The gall to start screaming "foul!" when they dropped the routine and went back to honesty. The gall to blame actors for pulling a prank because it is hurtful when you all ignored a real fucking human being opening up about his suicide attempt and how it touches on the themes he wants to explore with his character because it didn't support your fanon agenda.
The sheer fucking audacity to even talk about ethics and morality when your flaming dumpster fire of a fandom has been chugging sociopathy juice for years and hurting very real people in very real ways left and right.
I can go on and on and on. You are not victims, as desperate as you are to paint yourselves as such. You latched onto misconceptions you created years ago and let them define your entire fandom persona until sunken cost fallacy has become so enormous that it is now easier and less hurtful to keep digging deeper and deeper rather than face reality and admit that you were wrong about so many things.
Your delusions exist in a vacuum of your own making. Don't go pointing fingers at everyone else.

BUCKTOMMY NATION RISE UP!
It's time to fight hate with love again! You know the drill: leave a like and a positive comment if you can. Do not engage with hate! Let them drown with their negativity all by themselves.
If you have the time, please also engage with positive comments by liking and answering them.
Yâall Buddie shippers need to take a HARD look in the mirror because the nonsense youâre spewing has crossed every line. Saying Tommy or Ravi shouldâve died instead of Bobby isnât just unhinged fan nonsenseâitâs straight-up homophobic and racist garbage.
Wishing death on Tommy, a canonically gay character, because heâs âin the wayâ of your precious Buddie ship? Thatâs not passion for your ship; thatâs homophobia dressed up in fandom drama. Youâre not slick. Youâre reducing a queer character to a plot obstacle and cheering for his demise so your straight-passing fantasy can thrive. Newsflash: queer characters deserve to exist without being collateral damage for your fanfic dreams. And targeting Ravi, a Indian-American character, with the same vitriol because he might've been originally up for the chopping block? Thatâs racist as hell. Youâre not just picking ârandomâ characters to hateâyouâre zeroing in on marginalized ones and acting like their lives are disposable. Check yourselves.
The BuckTommy hate has gone from annoying to outright toxic. Youâre not âprotecting Buckâ or whatever you tell yourselvesâyouâre obsessing over a ship to the point of dehumanizing anyone who doesnât fit your narrative. Tommyâs not perfect, but heâs a solid guy who makes Buck happy, and thatâs canon. Your headcanons donât get to rewrite that or justify your hateful takes. And dragging Ravi into this mess just because heâs not your fave? Pathetic.
This isnât about âdefending your shipâ anymore. Itâs about you Buddie stans letting your obsession turn you into the kind of people whoâd rather see queer and POC characters dead than let go of a fantasy. Youâre not just hurting the fandomâyouâre exposing your biases and making it clear you only care about representation when it suits your agenda. Do better. Touch grass. And leave Tommy and Ravi alone.
