Finally put my fitness to the test today and crushed a 7+ year old 5K PR 🏃🏻♀️
My splits were steady (8:49, 8:48, 8:51), I was focused, I felt strong. I haven’t particularly trained for a 5K PR, but I knew I’ve been training enough that I would crush this. My updated PR shows my current fitness supports my goal marathon pace 🙌🏻
