I slept weirdly and it's triggered my neck and trap pain again. This flipping injury just won't go away
My physio said I need to strengthen my upper back last week and asked what exercises I do. He said all good but advised I add in face pulls. I replied that I'm scared as I haven't done those in years and last time I did I pulled my rotator cuffs
I didn't get the chance to start doing them and then this happened. I used my spiky ball my upper back/trap and using a heat pack now
