Flying out today on my solo trip ❤️
My first day went so well. I left the hotel around 1pm and got back at 9.30pm. I'm exhausted. I saw so much today and waited two hours for the sunset which was worth it. I cannot wait to shower as I'm so sweaty
First i'm getting my beach bag ready for tomorrow as I moved my afternoon beach and sunset tour as it's raining later in the week. I'll have a lie in tomorrow and then go for a wander so a bit more chilled hopefully

I sat on a chair at another building for team lunch and the seat was too high and broken so I couldn't adjust it. I had to sit on for 3 hours
It'a now flared up my hip pain. I think it's piroformis syndrome as I used to think it was IT band issues. The pain is above the glute and down the side of my leg. My calf is also tight
Urgh it was hurting on stairmaster so won't do that tomorrow. Hopefully i can do leg day ffs
Then I'm taking a week off the gym for my solo trip and I pray it magically heals by the time I come back

We went to honest burger. I had the tribute burger with GF bun and fries without rosemary salt. The chips were so crunchy and the burger was delicious
My old colleague M was told he had 14 months to live due to bowel cancer 😢 But then he said the chemo ending up shrinking another cancer on his liver that they later found and his bowel cancer went away. He now has a good prognosis. The doctor didn't know how to explain it. I said it's a miracle 💖

I haven't got my lehenga (Indian dress) altered and my friends wedding is July 17th and i'm not back from Greece till 20th june.
The stupid outfit didnt come with extra material as it doesn't fit and I was going to find somewhere 2 weeks before to get it altered bdcause my friend said its an easy job but she thought I had the extra material. Gah. Am I fucked. Who knows lmao.
So now we're gonna go 3 weeks before and just pray that I can find somewhere to get it done. She said it'll be fine but they'll charge accordingly. Great
This is why I think I'm a type C person because I can be type A and type B. But now I'm worrying. I can't even tell my best friend who I tell everything because she's the bride and she will have a go at me for leaving it this late lol

I'm fed up of showering twice a day and washing my hair daily but I'm on day 5 of the steroid ointment and my scalp feels a lot better
It was so painful and tender last week that it was hard to sleep as no position was comfortable. Now I'm wondering if I go up to 7 days with the ointment it stop at 5. She said to do 5-7 days and then use the Nizarol. Thinking to do 7 days...
I stopped the ointment on day 6 and started Nizarol. I didn't read the instructions and I've used too much. My scalp was hurting a lil last night. How the hell does one teaspoon do your whole head?!
On the plus side i used regulsr shampoo first then Nizarol and my hair wasn't as dry as when I shampoo in seperate days

One of my colleagues is leaving so she was supposed to come to our monthly team lunch yesterday with another colleague from her building
The building she works at, most of the colleagues there always bail and yep they cancelled. He sent the email to cancel for them both and she didnt bother to send any apologies (as I'm typing this she sent an email haha)
So he knew we were going to have cake and stuff for her. So I paid for a cake with sweets and GF cake. Cost me around £8 ish. Honestly I was annoyed but I should've expected it
Anyways the rest of us who always attend, I said let's eat the cake. I didn't want to take it home so I shared it. I didn't tell them this. At the end the GF mini cakes slices were finished and the regular cake had half left. So my colleague let's call him Mr A, made a comment saying like oh no one wants the cake? Okay ill take it home and started to pack it up before anyone replied. I thought that was SO rude. Like he didn't ask if I wanted to take it home. I had the GF option but so? I paid for it. I didn't say anything because I thought I don't want the cake but was tempted to take it and give it to someone else lol
A lot of us are getting fed up with his antics. He's a narcisstix selfish twat. He literally does no work and has been getting away with it for years. I had enough so I wrote some stuff on his appraisal because enough is enough and constructive feedback is good. Everytime we have reflective practise he speaks about home life and never mentions work stress because he does fuck all. I see him at the computer doing personal stuff, not work... I don't mean him any bad vibes but he's hard to work with some days. Like how has he gotten away with this for so long?!
It's funny as he told me he had offered to do XYZ stuff but someone told me no he was told to do that stuff. Look at him lying and trying to make himself look good 🤣

Not long now for my next solo trip
I'm pretty much all packed except last minute stuff. I'm feeling excited but a little anxious. It won't be as safe as Poland for getting my phone out and using my tripod :(
But at least I know the locals will be friendly and food is good

I'm thinking about booking a beach day now but means I only get w days in the place i'm staying at due to lots of days trips booked. I think I will have a think and research if 2 days is enough
