I've only trained Wednesday and Thursday this week which was a later start to the gym due to my antibiotics
Usually I train two days on and then one day off but think I'll go gym again tomorrow. I've got a later start to work so I don't need to rush
Then I'll see how I feel if I want to train Saturday or go Sunday instead. I might do Saturday but skip cardio. Then back to my usual routine next week which is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday :)
I can't sleep and it's 1.51am sigh
