Sunday morning cookie!

Then off to the gym!

Hit the stairclimber

Picked some things up and put them down for a awhile

Then I headed to the track JUST TO SEE-now that school is out….is the track still locked up? I wish I’d checked BEFORE THE GYM!!!

Because yes it’s still locked up-but I can get in the back door!

Gotta love it when that happens 😜

No running-just walking and some bleachers and some running drills. Also some backwards walking.

This coming Sunday I will check the track first!!!

Home for a snack and some yoga

And I tried my hand at cottage cheese chips and they were an epic fail. 🥴

Chicken and veg prepped for the week
