Sunday morning cookie!

Then off to the gym!

Hit the stairclimber

Picked some things up and put them down for a awhile

A wee flex

Then I headed to the track JUST TO SEE-now that school is out….is the track still locked up? I wish I’d checked BEFORE THE GYM!!!

Because yes it’s still locked up-but I can get in the back door!

Gotta love it when that happens 😜

No running-just walking and some bleachers and some running drills. Also some backwards walking.

This coming Sunday I will check the track first!!!

Home for a snack and some yoga

And I tried my hand at cottage cheese chips and they were an epic fail. 🥴

Chicken and veg prepped for the week

And a little laundry

And BOOM

When you don’t want to do the thing

But….

You do the thing! 🙌🏻

I drove a wee bit to my baby’s neck of the woods. I’ve been to this trail before but it’s been awhile!

Some of the best times of my life are with this kid on a trail! 🥹🥰😍❤️

It was a beautiful day-it’s been a delightful summer weekend

I left a rock

We used loads of bug repellent

Saw some pretty flowers

And you guys

Autumn got to witness my turtle dance. 🤣🐢🐢

Yes….when I come across a turtle on a trail I stop in my tracks and just do this weird hopping from foot to foot thing and up and down and I realized I do it every damn time 🤣

She had a lil leaf stuck to her shell

Is it just me or does her shell look a lil cracked? I hope she was ok 🥹
