Under the Cut (The Rest of the Story)

I study data science, rely on Wegovy, and focus on strength training, mobility, and making life easier for future John. Highest weight: 475 lbs. Current weight: somewhere in the 2-hundreds. Progress is steady and on purpose.

Day job: leading a team that turns messy data into clear stories other managers can act on.

I tinker with AI, not because it’s magic but because it is reshaping how we work and create. My angle: privacy, anti-bias, and decision-making.

Dyslexic, probably mild misophonia, managing anxiety and depression with therapy and meds.
