and we thought the song was going to end up on Happy Birthday (which we also thought was going to be called "Rollercoaster"), but it ended up on Fire From The Hip instead two years later.

since then i've always wanted that song to be released, and despite the change in terms of the title and key, it turned out to be one of my favorite songs of all time (plus, i love the storytelling lyricism and how folksy it sounds🥹).

Plot: Galileo goes on a quest for a rare bird, gets into trouble and needs to be rescued by Stacks. However, Stacks then needs to be rescued by Hegdish.

Story told by Eco:

Once upon a time, there were two horses named Penny and Marshall, and they loved each other very much. Penny had the most beautiful mane. Every day she would brush it till it shone like the sun. It was one of the things Marshall loved most about her. One of the things Penny loved about Marshall was the way he took care of himself especially his hooves. He had a special hoof pick that was given to him by his father, but Marshall was so forgetful that sometimes he forgot where he kept his father's heirloom. Penny had seen a beautiful gold chain that she wanted to get for Marshall. She thought if he wore the hoof pick on that chain, he'd never lose it but she couldn't afford it. Penny knew that beautiful manes like hers were worth a lot so she went into town and had her mane cut off and then traded the mane for the gold chain. That night when Marshall came home, he saw that Penny's mane was gone.

"What happened to your beautiful golden mane?"

"I traded it for this gold chain. Now you'll never forget where you put your hoof pick."

She handed him the gold chain. Marshall started laughing.

"What's so funny?" asked Penny. "Is it my mane?"

He took a beautiful gold comb out of his saddlebag.

"I traded my father's hoof pick for this. It's the comb you've always wanted."

They both laughed.

"All we need is each other," Marshall said.

And Marshall was right.
