yes, you! STOP feeling sorry for yourself. STOP living in regret or cringing at memories.
STOP being lazy. You're not procrastinating bc you have nothing going on to put off
STOP looking basic, or an outright mess. Wear heels. Wear lip gloss. Wear shapewear if necessary
I applied @cinnamonsugarnspice 's advice (link to her post!) to slick back your hair and it came out so chic. Do something different to your hair, besides a bun or your everyday pony
STOP drowning in your mental health issues. Your depression, your anxiety, insert your specific issue here. TAKE ACTION TO OVERCOME YOUR STRUGGLES! I am not trying to be insensitive, but here's the truth:
nobody cares about your issues. and if they do, they don't care enough or they can't support you how you need. That's the HARSH reality
You want more truth? Labeling yourself as mentally ill empowers others to take advantage, or they stay far away. Or you become "that" friend whose always struggling and needy
They think of you as something unstable and well, you are unstable, according to yourself.
Don't fault them. Become stable yourself and you'll understand from the opposite end of the spectrum
Sorry, but stop being a loser. You're NOT to blame for the trauma, pain, neglect, hurt, betrayal and dismissal others did to you. However, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR RECOVERY / IMPROVEMENT, otherwise you succumb to being a loser. A loser of your own self
I love you. I am proud of you. But, it's time to get it together. Seriously
