Ingredients: 8 oz orzo pasta. 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the box to cook orzo pasta. Remove the water and set it aside. Put olive oil in a pan and heat it over medium-low heat.
