Ingredients: 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained. 1 cup coconut yogurt. 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut. 1/4 cup powdered sugar. 1/4 cup rum optional.
Instructions: Crush the pineapple and mix it with the coconut yogurt, shredded coconut, and powdered sugar in a bowl. If you want to add more flavor, you can do so by adding rum. Mix until everything is smooth and well mixed. Put the dip in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve it. You can dip fresh fruit, cookies, or pretzels in it.
