Btw if people keep telling you to stretch but never told you how to actually do it right you're supposed to go slower than you think & just hold it until you feel the muscle relax. Like how anal works
Also the muscle that goes up to your temples and gives you headaches is the same as the one that clenches your jaw & it goes down the sides of your neck so stretching your neck helps with headaches and jaw tension. You can also massage it with a vibrator
Stretching as far as possible immediately is not the goal you just bend until it feels tight. It's not supposed to Hurt You Worse. It won't hurt if you're doing it right. Much like another activity
Many are saying "we're on the celibacy website these people don't know how anal works either" I know. That's my secret second lesson

you know what day it is
very telling how many people use "go to therapy"/"seek mental health care" to mean "never make me have to see you or the thing you said again." wonder if this implies anything about the cultural role of psychiatric medicine

“it’s worse if you aren’t diagnosed” is crazy in the tags of a post about discrimination against disabled people in employment processes. having Disorder on your records will not save you even if it means that discrimination is Technically Illegal (do you have the resources available for a long legal battle? yeah me neither). having Disorder on your records does in fact make you incredibly vulnerable in many respects, including at the hands of employers. let go of the idea that diagnosis is a privilege and let go of the idea that diagnosis will protect you
as someone who has been both the diagnosed person and the undiagnosed person, and both the visibly disabled and invisibly disabled person. with every passing day I become more frustrated with the swathes of people on here who act like Everyone Knowing You’re Disabled is a special privilege. being invisibly disabled was hard on my body + difficult to navigate and explain to others. it was hard. but it was incomparable to the experience of being visibly disabled. and no, becoming more visibly disabled did not prevent people from accusing me of faking my disabilities, I promise. I’m not trying to oppression olympics this shit but please listen to one visibly disabled person before you assume that we’re automatically taken seriously or that we don’t have as many struggles as you do
