How I can grow on YT
From what I can tell, especially now, make video essays and/or let’s play videos. We’ve been doing sketch comedy for a long time and still haven’t made that “viral” video yet, and sketch comedy in general on YouTube is harder to get a huge following. The two I mentioned above have a large crowd source right now, so if there’s a subject you really like, definitely think about doing that! It takes time and research, and it needs to be on something that doesn’t already have 500 videos about it, but if you’ve got a good speaking voice and can write about something you find insanely interesting and want others to know about, that’s a good place to start!
In reality, just make what you like! If you’re passionate, people will like it and give you a follow. You may not ever get to iconic status, and we sure as hell aren’t, but doing what you love and enjoy making is the important thing at the end of the day.
