I thought Iโd start back up again with what many Sunday morning meals look like for my man and I: Jalapeรฑo scrambled eggs + avocado something ๐ today it was avocado toast on @balthazarny ciabatta bread, lucky us! We love using sautรฉed jalapeรฑo in our eggs to create some spice and the heat makes it not too overwhelming. Full recipe below and stay tuned for more, foodies! NOMaste โค๏ธ Eggs (serves 2) ๐ณโจโขwhisk 5 free-range, organic eggs with 1 tbsp water, a touch of sea salt and ground fresh black pepperโจโขchop ยฝ jalapeรฑo pepper in quartersโจโข heat truffle butter over a simmer in a panโจโข add eggs at low heat, scrambling so they cookโจโข once there is a fluffy, yellow layer, add jalapeรฑo slices, continue scrambling to cookโจโข add ยฝ c cheddar cheese slices to pan and cook in, if you wishโจโขcontinue scrambling the eggs until thickened and no liquid remains Avocado toast ๐ฅ๐ฅโจโข use 4 slices of the bread of your choice and halve one ripe avocado. Scoop ยผ out per slice and mash.โจโข spread the avo mash over the sliced bread and season each with ยฝ tbsp turmeric, sea salt, and fresh ground pepper. Itโs easy as that!
