More importantly we want to see ourselves... a moment to see if we are how we see or think of ourselves or are we still who we try to not be. I wish I could tell you that there was a definitive answer. There isn't. We are, or should be, ever evolving... constantly trying to be our best selves. The point of this photo shoot was for me to try an see myself as I think I am. The person I am on the inside. To see how far I've come. To see if I've gotten far at all. I can say, I am not as far as I thought... but at least I know how much more there is to do. I can say, it is far enough to not have the photos retouched or altered. I am exactly as I am. I can say, I didn't like most of the photos at all on the first glance through but the more and more I look at the ones I decided to keep, I like them. I realize what my next obstacle to overcome is. I can say, I will do this type of shoot again and the next time I will be where I want to be.
