well just to clarify for this anon: i did block a blog recently because they literally were criticizing will’s training. they were on some bs about how he is never seen practicing, like mack, and instead is all over instagram. and then they made some post about “does will DESERVE to be on the top line? other players on the team work harder in the offseason” and also made it seem like will is one of the worst players on the team. it’s interesting though cause i think the “other players” they mentioned were the likes of cherny (literally DID play on the top line at points last season), misa (a center…. he’s not playing on the top line ever unless mack is like sick or hurt), and ivar (hasn’t played a single nhl game)

just genuine weirdo behavior. and none of these talking points are necessarily new, other people just get away with it because they sprinkle in shipping posts

will is an incredible player and people need to lay off, he’s a lot more private than mack with his training but that doesn’t mean he isn’t training

i think some people don’t know how intense william is about hockey and how competitive that boy is
