Some ya’ll who are younger need to google Frank Serpico and read about his time in the NYPD and what the cops did to him and attempted to do to him up until the late 90′s. He literally had to go into hiding in Italy and Switzerland and multiple times people tried to kill him. He only came back to America after the mafia (who hated the NYPD a lot, obviously) said “you’re under our protection.”

i don’t really like the way we constantly ridicule traumacore on this site . i understand why people think it’s a silly thing but i cant help but be bothered when it’s a thing that’s mostly popular with traumatized teenagers. like. come on. do i really even need to explain why i think it’s so cruel?

like i feel insane. why do so few people notice this disparity? so many black transfems have fled, deactivated, or been terminated. the few who are left are usually getting targeted by harassment campaigns, denied autonomy, treated as mere scapegoats, and are often forced to stay in this murderously hostile environment for mutual aid reasons. why do we not notice this more???
