I got you at a time in my life when I was really sick (being sick is like when I'm up late because I'm throwing up and you are a very handsome good boy who sits with me) and they had to put me asleep for a procedure. A procedure is like what happened to you when they put you asleep and took your balls away.

He's dying because he tried to make up for his mistake and resurrect Ghosty? Okay... He'll just go along with this bullshit and try to survive.

He was messing with uranium? He's radiated. He's constantly dying, but he's actively seeking out ways to solve it. He's dependent on Multi? Sure he'll tell him what the wants to hear and seek out new solution.

He's now dependent on Dark Cucurucho, is in pain and listened on? Okay... He'll take out the amulet for a second to tell his friends what's going on and it'll cost him just a minute of pain and sickness.

He's removed from the polish cave? Whatever, he has a new home anyways. Who would care for a family that hates him?

People know him only as a liar and are turning away from him? He's a cockroach, those who he cares about know better than that. And it's not like it's not true. He is a liar, it was just a matter of time.

His Żabka is destroyed? pfft, that's actually good! He got promoted! And he'll just fix it!

And it just goes on and on. Q!Ewron just doesn't really acknowledge it as a downside, he takes it and finds a solution to fix it. He makes fun of it and makes it not a big deal even if it is (he's like actively dying lol)
