it should be like when you're listening to one of your straight girl friends cry about her shitty jakey who's been shitty for the last two years n everyone else in the group is calmly commiserating bc this is normal for them, so you're like, "oh my god, i wish callisto were here, callisto's been in her happy five-person polycule for 18 years now and she always has the BEST relationship advice"

so you call callisto and when she picks up it's clear that she's currently high on approximately 8 times as much speed and/or coke as she really should be, and that she's having a Terrible Time because of it, and that you just caught her throwing up in the bushes of the club (the beat still loud enough to pulse in the background). and you get her to walk over to a nearby bench and sit down & then she asks for a distraction, so you tell her about the bad jakey, and then she asks to talk to your friend, and then within 30 minutes said friend is like "wait, you're RIGHT. that IS too much power for him to have over me. oh man"
