some tough love/wake up call for all the shifters/manifestors out there.

there is nothing. no one that can save you. you wake up everyday, scroll through tumblr/tiktok/pinterest/whatever the fuck and then go back to sleep thinking 'oh maybe i'll find a good enough method'. you keep hoping for some random miracle while still thinking of the same old sob story. you keep looking for new bloggers, new information, new method to try. well? you're still here aren't you? i don't see your desires around you.

you treat persistence as if it's a suggestion. then you're in people's askbox sending them messages like "WHY CAN'T I PERSIST?" you tell me. why can't you? why is it so hard for you to actually stay consistent with the thing YOU want. why is it so hard for you to stay thinking in YOUR favor?

no blogger, no tiktoker, no youtuber can shift or manifest for you. NO ONE. no one is coming to save your sorry ass. they're fucking lying if they say otherwise. ONLY YOU CAN SAVE YOURSELF. how hard is it to actually stay firm in your mindset. you have the cheat code, you have the methods, you have your affirmations. how hard is it for you to stand the fuck up and decide? decide that you are getting the thing you want. decide that you are NOT taking ANYTHING else.

why do you keep waking up and repeating the loop? how much time has it been? weeks? months? years? and you've combed the entire internet for the SAME. DAMN. INFORMATION. again and again.

how many times are you going to think 'this time i'll get it' only to turn back around and waver. only to repeat this entire process. how hard is it for you to persist in what you want. you have had no trouble persisting in your negative thoughts all these years. do you truly want your desires or is thinking in your favor too much for you?

ive been harassed by a moron (again) just cause i tried to make them realize that indeed they don't lack anything, and I can't stay silent about it I MUST address. No one lacks anything. You can manifest in EVERY AND EACH mindset & circumstance.

Are you neurodivergent? You can manifest perfectly fine.

You find void state difficult? You can manifest by just assuming and being persistent.

You have x y z syndrome? Not an excuse to not being able to manifest.

YOU create your reality and your environment. Nothing is an "excuse". I manifested MANY things while being severely depressed, garbage mindset, extremely abusive environment & parents. No one is inferior or superior there's NO hierarchy.

Manifesting isn't something you "can't succeed" or something that stops. Even if you're unaware, you create your reality based on your most dominant and subconscious assumptions/ beliefs. If your desires don't appear in physicality that means you just haven't made it your main assumption, that's perfectly fine. You can keep persisting, count as you already have it.

"Ohh but I have this I have that! I can't manifest gnagnagna!!" You can. And believe me, I'm doing a favor by motivating you, making you realize you're no less than anyone in this community.

I got called "god complexed", "egoistical" for saying these, which is way funnier cause some people in this community fucking LOOVVESS to bask in the victim complex. YOU ARE NOT A FUCKING VICTIM. I'm trying to be nice and decent but people fucking irritate me OH SO MUCH. I'm not gonna tell:

Look, you might live hard times manifesting, staying persistent, or believing it. Doubts might occur, these are NORMAL! I myself have a very, very doubtful and kinda paranoid mind, and I completely understand you. I, as a pretty abused person, can manifest, SO DO YOU! In the 4d. Your mind, your thoughts, your imagination, the only real reality where creation happens. The 3d is your bitch, it only follows, it can not act on its own. The only thing it is good at, is mirroring your 4d. Whatever lives in your imagination is being adapt by the physical reality.

so i know it’s been a long while since i posted a long little shifting help post but that’s because i been doing what i want! however, to this day i still get dms and comments asking why people aren’t shifting even though they’ve been using the law of assumption for x amount of months.

and it’s my personal belief that one of the biggest reasons is because while you’re using the law of assumption, you’re not using it to create your new reality but to cling to your old story.

you still haven’t moved past it. you still carry resentment. whether that be toward yourself for “failing,” toward time, toward other shifters who’ve gotten their results or led you “astray.” even toward shifting itself because it hasn’t happened in the way you’ve wanted it to yet.

you can’t make your new story click because underneath them are the assumptions: “i’ve been trying forever.” “i’m still here.” “why isn’t it working?” “i always end up waking up here.”

that is your story. that is what you’re actually identifying with. and every time you repeat it, you’re just giving it a stronger hold.

you try to start over and overwrite it, but the second something doesn’t go your way, you immediately return to the old story because it’s familiar to you. because it feels like home.

and your new story feels unnatural because you haven’t let yourself live there yet. you haven’t taken the time to heal the damage your old story dealt. it’s like placing brick over mold, thinking that simply covering it will take away the stench.

it doesn’t.

and before somebody says “but i’m saturating my mind with my new story x amount of times a day!” i’m not talking about repetition. i’m talking about identity.

who are you when you’re not affirming?

are you someone who micromanages your thoughts? always anxious about thinking the right things? always searching for a new method or direction? can never live in your present state for long without reverting back to something negative?

if so, it’s probably because you haven’t forgiven yourself yet.

a lot of you are trying to control every thought because you don’t trust yourself anymore. you think if you loosen your grip for even a second you’ll undo all your progress. but ask yourself why.

it’s because you’re still identifying with the version of you that “didn’t know better.” the version that spiraled. the version that thought drinking a gallon of water would be the key. the version that thought moving an inch could ruin everything.

you haven’t realized that person doesn’t need to be protected anymore.

that’s why you keep trying to control everything. control feels safe because if you’re always watching yourself, maybe you’ll never become that version of you again.

but conscious creation isn’t about controlling yourself every second of every day. it’s about trusting the identity you’ve chosen enough that you can free your thoughts. even if they’re negative. because you know, deep down, that they don’t matter.

so forgive yourself. that’s it.

forgive yourself for not knowing what you know now. forgive yourself for the months or years you spent feeling stuck. forgive yourself for every time you doubted yourself.

stop treating yourself like a lost cause.

stop trying to fight your old story and simply let it be old.

your past is not evidence. stop living like it is. choose the version of you that you know yourself to be. you don’t owe your old story loyalty just because you’ve spent a long time living it.

it’s served its purpose. now let it go.

that way when reality asks you: “who are you?”

FOR EXAMPLE:: I’m saying things like “tomorrow I have to make sandwiches for x amount of people” or “I’m gonna play GTA VI before anyone else in this reality”

When I say to use law of assumption to shift I mean it.

Law of assumption- what you think to be true, becomes your reality.

Imagine you are walking down a road and a old women in a cloak comes up to you and gives you a cupcake and tells you:

“If you eat this cupcake, you will shift tonight.”

So what do you do you take the cupcake , right? And before bed you eat the cupcake and you know in your heart that you will shift, you have unwavering faith that the women is not lying. You’re not looking for signs, you don’t wonder if it works. You simply know that you’re going to shift.

You go to bed and BOOM! You wake up in your DR.

And once you come back to your CR again and you see the old women and you ask her;

“Hey, what was in those cupcake that made me shift?”

And she turns to you and say “oh they were regular cupcakes from ShopRite.” And leaves, those cupcakes never made you shift.

you shifted you.

The cupcakes was just something to convince your mind that shifting is guaranteed. Once you accept it as a fact, and stop doubting, stop searching for proof, and stop wondering if you could shift.

You assumed is done

So the lesson is:

Many people think that shifting is a magical thing, that you need a special subliminal, a special symptom, the perfect method. If a regular cupcake could make you shift simply because you believe it would, then the power was never in the cupcake.

IDGAF about "oh this reality matters too" no it fucking doesn't, everything about it about my life about the people the state of the world is SHIT. On Twitter, men are using AI "Grok" to undress women and LITTLE GIRLS??? Men are misogynystic, unapologetically cheaters, pedophiles, predators, dangerous for not only women but human kind and i don't trust any of them anymore to the point i made the final decision at barely 24 to be alone and single for the rest of my LIFE. IDC if your bf/brother/dad is different they aren't to me. Genocides, capitalism, patriarchy, wars, racism, working for the bare minimum, poor health system and earth being destroyed. Im too impatient to manifest it to change and YES i will do it the easy way and shift.

But how do you do that?

Well, it's way easier than you may think

Stop harming yourself in the name of persistence.

Pause and breathe.

One thing I've noticed about shiftblr after coming back here almost a year later is that people are still afraid to admit what's going on in front of their eyes. In the name of persistence and deciding, everyone keeps putting so much pressure on themselves for the situation to get better, to feel better, to shift. And while that works (for some) it is the harder road to satisfaction.

Many shifters here have tried everything, have lost hope, keep asking for advice on asks (no judgement!), keep persisting but still say that they have/see no movement. Of course there will be none. You're begging yourself to shift. I can relate here honestly, I was you and sometimes I still am you. But ignoring emotions and the "3D" (I hate calling it that) will only make you feel worse.

While affirmations and persistence works for many, we are all different. Moreover, they are methods, not the thing that "get's" you your manifestation or your next shift. I always get horribly sad still seeing people struggling and getting the same advice of keep persisting. I used to say the same thing back in the day but not anymore. What's wrong with saying that you didn't shift if you wake up in your "CR"? What's it going to do? Make you not shift? If shifting is your entire being, then why is that sentence the exception?

Expand your awareness people. Acknowledging what's in front of your eyes will not put your behind. It's just acknowledging. You're saying what you see in the now. Whether it's saying that you didn't get your manifestation or that you didn't shift. They are just words. Feelings you feel hence you express them. They will not change the knowing in you that eventually you will shift. Because, in the grand scheme of things, you did shift, you did get your manifestation.

Stop being afraid of being afraid of your feelings, of your words. I've only recently started doing this as well. Before I too used to say that I've shifted when my reality showed me the opposite. Affirmed, persisted. Now, I'm not saying that it won't work, it works for a lot of people. But I was always burnt out. Tired. Angry. Frustrated with myself for not being able to persist. Have you ever thought that these feelings are not the "old story" (Hate saying that too) showing up but just your body telling you that, Wait, hold on, I need a moment. The body knows more things than the mind. It communicates in every word and every feeling. Why do you think you keep going on even after so many "failures"? Listen fellow shifter. Your want is already your desire blooming in you.

The feelings you ignore in the name of your persistence are your compass. The "negative emotions" are the path you'll walk on. It's insane to me that everybody claims that you already are the thing but you have to keep believing and persisting to get it? You already are the thing so whatever you say, whatever you do will lead you to it. The "3D" is not out to get you. It's waiting on you to start moving. Thoughts are movement. Feelings are movement. Expressing them is the fastest movement of all. No emotion, no matter how negative is holding you back. It's always pushing you forward. So express it. Express your disappointment. You anger. Your frustration. Your hope. Your tiredness. These are not high blocks that are keeping your manifestations from you. They are building blocks. They are the path you're walking on. "The stairs you climb."

Say what you feel when you feel it. Say what you want when you want to. Positive or negative. Do it in your own way. Say that you didn't shift. Say that you wish to shift. Say that you hope you will. Say it. You will feel a lot better admitting what you feel in the moment instead of slapping affirmations that you don't believe on it. It's a huge misconception that saying the negative will manifest the negative. People need to take a breather. Words do not mean anything unless you give them meaning. You shift every moment. Saying that you didn't shift when you wake up in your CR will do nothing but just make you feel lighter over the release of energy that you once held within you. Move with the feelings, not against them.

Yes, it is true that you're already in your DR. But you're also here. Why make it harder for yourself focusing on one thing and ignoring the other? It is one of the reasons why everyone is so burnt out. Express your feelings. Talk them out. It doesn't matter if you shift every moment. That sentence doesn't mean anything if you feel like it's not true. So express your displeasure. Stop holding back. Seriously. Just start talking about whatever comes up. It will clear your head, make you feel lighter and overall help your shifting journey. You'll shift. You know this already. That's why you keep trying. And if you're disappointed along the way? So what? Say it. The ending you already know.

Nothing stops a shift. Not even saying that it isn't here. If you feel like it isn't, then say it. You already feel that way hence the words. Holding it back will just anger you further. I speak from experience here. Do not let the world tell you what you can and cannot do. The compass is you. The path is you. The movement is you. The shift is you.
